These terms and conditions apply to the use of laurance.nl and to purchases from Laurance™. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply in full.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe products, prices, colours and availability accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours are displayed. We may correct obvious errors or update information when necessary.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. An order is accepted when we confirm it through our checkout and order confirmation process. Where permitted by law, we may cancel or refuse an order, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Applicable taxes and any other charges are shown where required before you complete checkout. Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping

Our current standard shipping is free. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. More information about delivery, tracking and international shipping can be found in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and statutory rights

Returns, refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details. We remain your point of contact, even when fulfilment or shipping is carried out by a third party.

8. Use of the website

You may not misuse the website, disrupt its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access or use the site for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The Laurance™ brand expressions and original store content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage that was not reasonably foreseeable or that results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law

To the extent permitted, Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in another country, any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain in force.

We may amend these terms when our services, business operations or legal obligations change. The most recent version is published on this page.
