Shipping Policy

At Laurance TM we do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

1. Order processing

After you place your order, it is processed as quickly as possible. The average processing time is 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code, where available, so you can follow your shipment.

2. Delivery time

Our estimated delivery time is:

8–18 business days

The delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, busy periods, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control. The estimated delivery time starts once the order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping costs

Any shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you pay for your order and form part of the total amount of your order.

4. Track & Trace

When tracking is available for your order, you will receive the tracking information at the email address you provided. It may take some time before tracking information becomes visible after shipment.

5. Delays

Although we do our best to deliver orders within the stated time, delays may occur due to, for example, busy carriers, public holidays, customs checks, incorrect or incomplete address details, or circumstances beyond our control. A delay does not automatically mean your order has been lost.

6. Incorrect address

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at ajaanelsatieha@hotmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

7. Order not received

Haven’t received your order after the estimated delivery time? Contact us at ajaanelsatieha@hotmail.com with your order number. We will check the status of the shipment and help find a solution where possible.
