Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on all Laurance™ orders. There is no minimum order value for the standard shipping our store currently offers.

Processing and delivery

The estimated delivery time for Laurance™ orders is 2 to 3 weeks. Orders may be processed by Laurance™ and/or selected fulfilment partners. The stated delivery time is an indication and not a guaranteed delivery date. In exceptional cases, delivery may vary due to destination, carrier, customs clearance, public holidays or seasonal peaks.

Track & trace

When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details after dispatch. It can sometimes take a little while before tracking updates become visible after a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

International orders

Depending on the destination and applicable law, international deliveries may be subject to customs procedures, local taxes or import charges. If these charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Incorrect address or delivery issue

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at service@laurance.nl. Once an order is being processed, it may no longer be possible to change the address.
